Since its establishment in 2007, with the rich experience and powerful financial support ALTAYLAR MEDICAL (Pahacel) who mainly engages in the Development, design, manufacturing and sales of Polypropylene Surgical Mesh, Neurosurgical Patties, Absorbable Hemostat Family such as Oxidized Regenerated Cellulose, Gelatin, Collagen and Chitosan Hemostats conforming to Medical Device Standards at its facility.

We keep pursuing high quality and new technology always. Our facilities have awarded ISO 13485 International Quality Management System Certification. Under the tight Quality Control System, all of our products have got CE approvals, and we have set up the complete Quality Control Systems strictly conforming to 93/42/EEC standards.

Paha ® Neuro Surgical Patties are used for the protection of tissue and the absorption of liquids during neurosurgery and other general procedures.

All Neurosurgical patties have a suture thread attached in order to facilitate the post-operative count verification.

SURGICAL POLYPROPYLENE MESH

The Monofilament Polypropylene Mesh is bio-compatible, nonabsorbable, sterile and porous material.

Knitted to provide single directional elasticity while allowing the mesh to be cut for any shape without unravelling structure.

Fabric has soft design, flexible, strong with permeable pore for use in Hernia repair as well as other soft tissue reinforcement. Ideal properties for high visibility & colonization. The weaving has ideal Mesh properties. Sterilized by EO.

ABSORBABLE HEMOSTATS ( OXIDIZED REGENERATED CELLULOSE)

Pahacel® Absorbable Hemostats are sterile absorbable knitted fabrics prepared by the controlled oxidation of Regenerated cellulose. The fabric is white pale yellow cast and has a faint, caramel- like aroma; it is strong and can be sutured or cut without fraying.

ABSORBABLE HEMOSTAT (CHITOSAN HEMOSTAT)

Chitosan is a linear polysaccharide composed of randomly distributed ß-(1-4)-linked D-glucosamine (deacetylated unit) and N-acetyl-D-glucosamine (acetylated unit).

It has a number of commercial and possible biomedical uses.

Chitosan hemostatic agents are often chitosan salts made from mixing chitosan with an organic acid (such as succinic or lactic acid). The hemostatic agent works by an interaction between the cell membrane of erythrocytes (negative charge) and the protonated chitosan (positive charge) leading to involvement of platelets and rapid thrombus formation.
